At Garden Hotel Group, we are seeking an **E\-commerce Assistant** to join our Corporate team. Your mission will be to support the E\-commerce department in the operational management of online sales channels, ensuring accurate updates of content, promotions, and digital platforms What will your **responsibilities** be? * Provide support to the E\-commerce team in the daily management of various online sales and distribution channels. * Update and review hotel content, information, services, and photographs across different platforms. * Manage the upload and monitoring of offers and promotions. * Collaborate in the updating and launch of new digital channels and tools. * Monitor our hotels’ presence and reviews on major online channels. * Identify potential issues and assist in their resolution. * Support the team in various tasks essential for the smooth operation of the E\-commerce department. What are the **requirements** for this position? * Minimum education: Degree in Marketing, Tourism, Commerce, or related field. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of integration systems; channel managers and how integrations work. * Experience in e\-commerce, digital marketing, or the hospitality industry will be valued. * Advanced proficiency in office software. Annual gross salary between 25\.000,00€ and 26\.000,00€, depending on professional experience, education, performance, and productivity.
