




Position Summary: We are seeking an educator to guide the daily development of children, girls, and adolescents, serving as an emotional reference and behavioral role model. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accompany and protect minors, identifying and responding to their needs. 2. Serve as an emotional reference point, providing a safe emotional space. 3. Promote the personal and social autonomy of young people. We seek an educator to accompany children, girls, and adolescents in their daily development, implementing each individual’s educational plan with support from the professional team. Duties include recording progress in a tracking journal and sharing key information during shift changes. The educator must also care for and protect minors both inside and outside the facility, identify their material and emotional needs, and respond appropriately. The selected candidate will serve as an emotional reference, offering a safe emotional space where minors feel loved and validated. They will act as a behavioral and socially integrative role model, fostering the personal and social autonomy of children and adolescents. For foreign minors, efforts will focus on language acquisition, administrative regularization, sociocommunity integration, and socio-laboral promotion. The educator may also be required to testify in judicial proceedings when necessary, and perform other tasks inherent to the intervention. Working hours follow rotating shifts—morning, afternoon, night, and weekends—with full-time employment. **Professional Experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** University degree in Social Education or Social Work.
