We are looking for a Data Analyst with a technical and analytical profile who can help us fully leverage the value of our data to optimize management, customer experience, and strategic decision-making. Responsibilities Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to analyze sales, service performance, customer retention, and other key business metrics. Connect, transform, and unify data from various internal and external sources (databases, booking systems, APIs, CRM, etc.). Develop and automate data extraction and analysis processes through programming. Identify patterns and opportunities for improvement in operational and commercial management. Collaborate with the management team to create customized reports and support data-driven strategic decisions. Requirements Previous experience in data analysis or similar roles (minimum 1\-2 years). Proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, interactive reporting). Programming skills (Python or R) for data analysis and task automation. Experience working with REST APIs and SQL queries. Analytical ability, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset. Residence in Málaga or availability for on-site work.
