The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that support business decisions and improve operational performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving complex problems, and collaborating with cross\-functional teams. Key Responsibilities * Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various business sources. * Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key performance metrics. * Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve business performance. * Collaborate with departments to understand data requirements and provide analytical support. * Perform statistical analysis and generate actionable recommendations. * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems. * Automate routine reporting processes where possible. * Document analytical processes and maintain data reporting standards. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field. * Previous experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role is preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. * Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is an advantage. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and critical thinking skills. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. * Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to non\-technical stakeholders. * Fluency in Spanish is required; English proficiency is considered an asset.
