




### **About the service** Will distribute, organize and direct the work of assistants in preparing dishes for the shift or event, closely supervising the work, clarifying and informing about any questions that may arise. ### **Responsibilities** * Will be responsible for the proper functioning of the kitchen to the kitchen manager. * All tasks assigned by the service supervisor related to their job position. * Will carry out the preparation, seasoning and presentation of dishes for the shift they are responsible for. * Will participate in the control of supply, preservation and storage of goods (HACCP). * Will review and control the materials and utensils used in the kitchen. * Will manage the preservation and utilization of products made available to them. **Who we are looking for** People who enjoy working in the hospitality sector and are eager to grow professionally. We value teamwork skills, interest in gastronomy and knowledge of allergen control. **Required qualifications** Minimum 2 years of experience in the sector.
