We are looking for a cook to work in Churriana de la Vega (Granada). Duties include planning and preparing menus tailored to residents' nutritional needs and preferences, preparing special diets such as puréed, soft, diabetic, or allergy-friendly meals, and monitoring food quality and freshness. It is also necessary to receive and store raw materials, adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations. The kitchen and utensils must be kept clean, temperatures and expiration dates must be monitored, and coordination with medical and auxiliary staff is required to ensure appropriate care. Other responsibilities include managing purchases, presenting meals attractively, and assisting with health-related recordkeeping. A temporary employment contract of approximately 60 days is offered, with a part-time schedule of 28 hours per month, morning or afternoon shifts, and a monthly salary of 700 euros. This position covers a temporary absence, with potential for continuation thereafter.
