Position Summary: We are seeking a Cook with experience in the artisanal preparation of pizza and pasta doughs, punctuality, responsibility, and eagerness to learn, for a restaurant operating on a split shift. Key Points: 1. Experience in artisanal cooking with pizza and pasta doughs 2. Responsibility and eagerness to learn in a hands-on environment 3. Strict adherence to recipes when preparing dishes A Cook with a minimum of two years' experience in restaurants is required. Proficiency in knife handling and knowledge of pizza and pasta doughs are essential, as all our preparations are made entirely by hand—no frozen or pre-cooked products are used. Punctuality, responsibility, and strict adherence to recipes are mandatory. Willingness to learn the required skills is essential if you do not already specialize in such hands-on work. Statutory days off: two consecutive days. Formal employment contract and registration prior to commencement, for 40 hours per week; therefore, valid documentation is essential. Multiple openings. (Split shifts in all cases, as the establishment operates exclusively as a restaurant serving lunch and dinner.) 40 hours per week. Residence in Alcalá de Henares or surrounding areas is preferred if you have your own vehicle, since public transportation is unavailable at night upon departure.
