Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and professionalism We are looking for an experienced Cook to join our new, small-scale hospitality establishment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Food preparation and cooking, with special emphasis on griddle operation. * Daily maintenance of kitchen cleanliness and order. * Strict compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP). **Key Requirements:** * Proven experience and skill in using the griddle. * High ability to work quickly and efficiently in a dynamic kitchen environment. * Commitment to the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism. * Food handler’s certificate is mandatory. * Availability to work split shifts (lunchtime and evenings) and on weekends. **We Offer:** * Permanent employment contract of 40 hours per week. * Working hours: 39 hours per week. * Two days off per week.
