Dynamic work environment with continuous training We are looking for a person to work as a cook in a restaurant located in Orihuela Costa. Daily responsibilities include preparing dishes following the establishment's specific techniques, always ensuring quality, flavor, and presentation. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for cleaning and filleting fish, meat, and other fresh products, maintaining order and hygiene at all times in accordance with current regulations. Creative ability to innovate with new flavor combinations will be positively valued. Previous kitchen experience is required, preferably in Mediterranean, Asian, or Italian cuisine, along with formal hospitality training and a food handler’s certificate. It is essential to reside nearby and own a personal vehicle, as well as possess flexible working hours. A temporary contract is offered with the possibility of permanent employment. Working hours are organized into intensive shifts covering breakfast, lunch, or dinner service, guaranteeing two consecutive days off. The salary is €12.08 gross per hour, supplemented by a night-shift allowance, within a dynamic work environment offering continuous training.
