At W2M, we work to make every travel experience attractive, safe, and efficient—always putting people at the center and maintaining a strong commitment to sustainability. ***Your Mission*** To serve as the primary point of contact for managing the assigned hotel portfolio, ensuring proper monitoring of commercial agreements and operational excellence, acting as a key liaison between hotels and internal W2M teams. ***What Will You Do Daily?*** * Monitor and track active offers within the assigned hotel portfolio. * Analyze established agreements to ensure correct implementation. * Review hotel availability and manage necessary updates. * Coordinate and execute reconciliations and administrative tasks related to contracts. * Maintain smooth and consistent communication with destination hotels. * Act as a liaison between hotels and various internal departments. * Identify operational issues and propose results-oriented solutions. * Monitor operational performance to ensure the success of active offers. **Requirements:** --------------- ***What Do We Need From You?*** **Mandatory:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the tourism sector. * Ability to proactively resolve problems. * Results-oriented mindset and attention to detail. * Communication and teamwork skills. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * High-level Spanish and English, both spoken and written. **Desirable:** * Prior experience in tour operations or hotel contract management. * Knowledge of destination hotel operations. * Analytical ability and capacity to monitor operational KPIs. ***What Do We Offer?*** Being **W2M·People** comes with advantages—because our team’s well-being is our top priority.
