Winning Consulting is currently recruiting a **Continuous Improvement and Process Consultant** to join a project with one of our multinational clients in the financial sector, based in Barcelona. **Responsibilities:*** Lead initiatives focused on quality, profitability, and customer experience through innovative solutions. * Implement continuous improvement methodologies to foster an internal culture where every team member identifies and adds value. * Analyze and optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of current processes. * Participate in cross-functional projects within the client organization. **Requirements:*** University degree in Engineering, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Finance, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in the field with a generalist perspective. * Solid knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt certification preferred). * Specialist in Lean/Kaizen continuous improvement; experience in process automation/robotization and knowledge management is valued. * French language proficiency is a plus (optional). ### **About Winning Consulting** At **Winning Consulting**, we provide consulting, training, recruitment, and research services.
