The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare dishes, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Develop menus and adapted diets. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Supervise inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and equipment. * Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures. **We Offer:** * **Full-time schedule of 25 hours per week.** * **Working hours: mornings, Monday to Friday.** * Salary according to the Collective Agreement for Collective Catering. * **Duration: academic year.** * **Fixed-term intermittent contract.** * Opportunity to work within a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards employees’ effort and dedication: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development.
