Real opportunities for career growth At **Grúas Sáez S.L.**, a Spanish multinational company and international reference in the manufacturing and assembly of Tower Cranes, Self-Erecting Cranes, and Formwork Systems for construction, we are looking for a **Junior CNC Lathe Operator** to join our machining department at our factory located in Beniaján. **Responsibilities:** * Basic operation of CNC lathes and support in machine setup. * Loading and unloading of parts and monitoring of the machining process. * Basic adjustments and execution of existing programs. * Use of drilling machines and other auxiliary machining tools. * Dimensional measurement and verification of parts. * Basic interpretation of mechanical drawings. **Minimum Requirements:** * Vocational Training qualification in Machining, Mechanical Manufacturing, or related field. * Basic knowledge of CNC lathes. * Interest in professional development within the machining field. * Basic proficiency in using measuring instruments. * Responsible individual, eager to learn and work collaboratively. **We Offer:** * Temporary contract with potential to become permanent. * Ongoing internal training in machining and CNC lathes. * Mentorship and hands-on learning alongside experienced professionals in the field. * Real opportunities for advancement within the machining team.
