Job Summary: The Cluster Manager is responsible for leading teams, ensuring operational and commercial effectiveness across clubs, and maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Leads and motivates host teams, ensuring process effectiveness. 2. Ensures club safety, hygiene, and general maintenance. 3. Contributes to leadership positioning in the fitness market. The Cluster Manager is responsible for all operational and commercial processes within their assigned clubs. Ensures the effectiveness and efficiency of these processes and leads host teams at each club. Additionally, works on-site and performs the same tasks as hosts. Will lead, motivate, train, and develop all staff members. Is responsible for overall club safety and hygiene, as well as its appearance and maintenance. Always acts in accordance with Basic\-Fit’s values, with the objective of continuously contributing to our leadership position in the fitness market. **RESPONSIBILITIES** --------------------- Reporting to the Regional Manager, responsibilities include: \+ Managing hosts by providing guidance, support, and supervision. \+ Organizing operational and performance review meetings for hosts and other club staff. \+ Ensuring front-desk staff adequately explain internal policies and procedures. \+ Managing member complaints and forwarding them to the customer service department. \+ Participating in meetings, as well as appropriate internal and external training to develop professional knowledge. \+ Regularly consulting with the Regional Manager on all active processes across clubs. \+ Ensuring adherence to working hours, particularly through Basic\-Fit’s designated software (monitoring and time tracking). \+ Managing all administrative tasks: ordering consumables, inventory management, updating administrative documentation and personnel records. \+ Conducting regular visits to assigned clubs. **Requirements / What We Offer** ------------------------------ \+ Permanent contract \+ Immediate start \+ Salary: 29\.187 € \+ Company vehicle \+ Fuel card \+ Health insurance
