Additionally, this position offers you an enriching professional pathway: for 9 months you will perform the duties of Cleaning Manager, and for 3 months those of Cleaning Supervisor, actively participating in team coordination, operational planning, and monitoring of quality and service standards. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Organizing and scheduling daily and weekly cleaning activities across all accommodations, buildings, laundries, and sanitary areas under the supervision of the Cleaning Manager. * Assigning tasks to cleaning staff, supervising their performance, and ensuring established cleaning standards are met. This includes equitably distributing workloads and guaranteeing staff receive appropriate training. * Supervising work areas to ensure adequate supplies of cleaning products and materials are available to carry out cleaning tasks effectively and efficiently. * Effectively managing any complaints or suggestions related to cleaning, identifying appropriate solutions, and ensuring guest satisfaction. * Implementing and supervising compliance with current health, safety, and hygiene regulations and procedures (including ISO certifications) across all cleaning operations. * Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and appropriate cooperation in delivering services to guests. * Verifying compliance with the various procedures within your area of competence. * Any other activities required as per the needs of the professional activity. **What we offer:** * Contract type: Permanent standard contract. * Working hours: Full-time. * Schedule distribution: Monday to Sunday, with two consecutive rotating rest days per week. * Shift schedule: Intensive, rotating morning and afternoon shifts. * Salary: + As Cleaning Manager: between €30,600 and €32,100 gross annual salary, paid in 14 installments, prorated according to time worked. + As Cleaning Supervisor: between €28,200 and €29,600 gross annual salary, paid in 14 installments, prorated according to time worked. * Position structure: + 9 months as Cleaning Manager (Professional Group: Cleaner NVII, equivalent to Remuneration Level I). + 3 months as Cleaning Supervisor (Professional Group: Cleaner NVII, equivalent to Remuneration Level III). * Benefits package: Comprehensive healthcare coverage (starting from the first year), free telemedicine and legal consultation services, flexible compensation, on-demand salary, subsidized cafeteria, open-house days, and much more. **Let the adventure begin!** *“We positively value diversity and foster an inclusive and respectful environment.”* **Requirements to qualify for this position:** * Higher or Medium Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS or CFGM) in Tourism Establishment Management and/or Accommodation Housekeeping, or related fields in tourism or administration—or equivalent experience in a similar position with comparable responsibilities. * Minimum 1 year of experience in roles involving responsibility. * Valid EU driving license type B.
