The candidate will perform technical and general cleaning services in various types of facilities and spaces belonging to our clients. **Main responsibilities:** * **Community cleaning**: Maintenance of staircases, lobbies, elevators, and common areas shared by residents. * **Window cleaning**: Maintenance of glass surfaces, shopfronts, and glazed areas. * **Parking lot cleaning**: Use of machinery or manual methods for garage maintenance. * **End-of-construction cleaning**: Thorough cleaning of dust and debris in newly built or renovated properties. * **Apartment cleaning**: Deep or routine maintenance of private residences and rental apartments. **Requirements:** * **Proven experience** in the tasks described (especially window cleaning) * **Proficiency in professional cleaning products** and equipment. * **Responsible, detail-oriented, autonomous**, and well-organized individual. * **Driver's license category B** (highly valued for travel between job sites). **What do we offer?** * **Employment contract**: Permanent * **Salary:** As per collective agreement.
