At **Catering Joaquin Jaen**, we are looking for a passionate, organized chef with experience in large-volume production to join our production team in **Santiponce**. **What will you do with us?** * **Production:** Preparation of menus for events, banquets, and collective catering according to our technical specifications. * **Plating and Service:** Coordination of on-site setup for external events and dish service. * **Station Management:** Control of waste, ordering from suppliers, and receipt of goods. * **Food Safety:** Ensuring strict compliance with HACCP standards and maintaining cleanliness in the work area. **What are we looking for?** * **Experience:** Minimum **2** years in similar roles (catering, hotels, or banquets). * **Education:** Intermediate/Senior Vocational Training in Cooking or equivalent demonstrable experience. * **Skills:** Ability to work under pressure, speed in order dispatch, and a positive team attitude. * **Mandatory:** Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for travel to events. **What do we offer?** * **Contract:** **Indefinite-term contract** * **Schedule:** **Full-time rotating shifts**, either **morning or afternoon**.
