**Positions Available** ---------------------- 10 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 10 Foremen/Forewomen \- Restoration and Habitat Renaturalization Project MENRRED (Valencia Province) in València/Valencia **Workplace** -------------------- * València/Valencia Address: Paterna, with travel required to various project sites. **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Organize and schedule tasks jointly with the site supervisor, assume responsibility for project progress, and immediately report any anomalies that arise. * Interpret technical drawings, perform measurements, and carry out layout work. * Monitor equipment and workforce productivity, and complete and sign off on required reports concerning personnel and machinery. * Train team members on assigned tasks. * Comply with, and ensure compliance with, regulations regarding occupational safety, quality, and site signage; be responsible for informing newly hired personnel about the use of personal protective equipment and applicable safety measures on site. * Verify proper material storage and execution of cleaning tasks. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the stated requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. (Documentary proof confirming completion must be attached.) * Specific training in Environmental, Forestry and/or Agricultural fields. (Documentary proof confirming completion must be attached.) ### **Prior Experience** * From 6 months up to 2 years’ experience in fieldwork involving land clearing, thinning, planting, installation of ground cover, and other similar environmental restoration activities. (Labor history record and/or employment contract verifying such experience must be attached.) * From 1 year up to 3 years’ experience in positions equivalent to Foreman/Forewoman. (Labor history record and/or employment contract verifying such experience must be attached.) ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Professional experience coordinating teams on construction sites. OFFERED: + Fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months, with possible extension if appropriate, respecting the maximum duration limits established under current Spanish labor legislation for each contractual modality.
