**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 1 Foreman/Forewoman \- Construction Works in Córdoba. **Workplace** -------------------- * Córdoba **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Collaborate and cooperate with the Site Manager and maintain continuous communication with the Supervisor to manage and organize the project. * Train staff on assigned tasks and inform them about the use of personal protective equipment and applicable safety measures on site. * Organize and supervise the performance of machinery and site personnel. * Plan material supply and storage organization. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Prepare progress reports. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documentary evidence supporting the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Spanish high school diploma (Bachiller), BUP, COU, FP I, CFGM, FP II, or CFGS qualification (or an equivalent qualification recognized in Spain, or an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish Type B driver’s license (to be attached during registration). **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Accredited training in Forest Risk Prevention (PRL) involving chainsaws and brush cutters (documentation must be submitted with the application). * Accredited training in Construction Risk Prevention (PRL) (documentation must be submitted with the application). * Accredited training in Risk Prevention (PRL) for vehicles and earthmoving machinery (documentation must be submitted with the application). ### **Prior Experience** * Between 1 and 3 years’ experience in organizing and supervising machinery and site personnel performance (documentary proof required via CV and employment record submitted with the application). * Between 1 and 3 years’ experience performing duties as a foreman/forewoman (documentary proof required via CV and employment record submitted with the application). **Remarks** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Temporary contract with an estimated duration of 6 months, linked to the execution of the assignment detailed in the announcement under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time working hours.
