At **Senator Hotels \& Resorts**, we are looking for a **Waiter/Waitress** for our establishment, the **Senator Barajas Hotel**, located in **Madrid**. ️ **What will your daily responsibilities be?** * Prepare work areas for service. * Directly serve customers dining and consuming beverages. * Prepare simple dishes or meals for consumption. * Transport utensils and equipment required for service. * Monitor and inspect goods and usage targets for selection. * Collaborate with the restaurant/bar manager in preparing and executing special events. * Coordinate and supervise tasks specific to the area. * Inform and advise customers on the composition and preparation of available products. * Handle customer complaints. * Process billing and collect payments from customers. * Uphold the brand image and corporate values in all activities carried out. **What do we expect from you?** * Compulsory education or equivalent. * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service within restaurants, bars, or food and beverage services (preferably in hotels). * Certification in Food Handling and APPCC, in-person PRL training, and training in allergen management and food safety. * Basic computer skills and familiarity with WinHotel. * English proficiency level A2 (knowledge of other languages such as French or German is an advantage). * Service-oriented mindset, attention to detail, resilience, and planning and organizational skills. **What do we offer?** * Contract: **temporary contract due to production circumstances.** * Working hours: **full-time.** * Continuous training and professional development opportunities. * Exclusive benefits: discounts at our establishments, insurance, and agreements with banking institutions.
