




Position Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant with experience in managing Corporate Activity Coordination (CAE) to ensure regulatory compliance regarding occupational health and safety, manage documentation, and support prevention initiatives. Collaboration in promoting prevention and supporting occupational health and safety (PRL) We seek an administrative assistant with specific experience in managing Corporate Activity Coordination (CAE). The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that contractors and suppliers comply with occupational health and safety regulations, efficiently managing required documentation through specialized CAE platforms. **Key Responsibilities** * **CAE Document Management:** Collection, validation, and archiving of all preventive documentation (Risk Assessments, Safety Plans, certificates, PPE, training records, etc.) from contractor and supplier companies. * **CAE Platform Operation:** Daily use and administration of document management platforms (e.g., CTAIMA, Metacontratas, or others) for access control and authorization of external personnel. * **Supplier Communication:** Smooth and direct communication with suppliers and subcontractors to request, review, and rectify necessary documentation, ensuring compliance prior to commencement of work. * **PRL Support:** Collaboration in promoting prevention, conducting basic inspections, and supporting the Prevention Service in implementing preventive measures. * **Report and Form Preparation:** Creation and management of internal forms, records, and follow-up reports on documentation status and CAE activities.
