Flexible work format and operational autonomy **Job Description** We are looking for a **Business Development Manager** to drive the expansion of the **Anywatt** network (portable power bank rental) across **HORECA, retail, and public spaces**. **Responsibilities** * Identify and acquire new partners (bars, restaurants, hotels, gyms, events). * Negotiate and close commercial agreements. * Support partners from initial contact through to station installation. * Manage the sales pipeline in **CRM**: opportunities, statuses, and comments. * Identify, coordinate, and monitor **commercial agents**: assign tasks and track results. **Requirements** * Experience in **B2B sales / business development**. * Strong negotiation skills and ability to work autonomously. * **Fluent Spanish** (mandatory). English is a plus. * Knowledge of **offline businesses** (HORECA / retail). * Residency in one of the listed cities or willingness to conduct fieldwork in the area. **Offer** * **Fixed salary \+ performance-based variable compensation**. * Product undergoing nationwide expansion. * **Flexible work format** and operational autonomy.
