Your mission will be to strengthen our maintenance and **construction team** for apartments and common areas, contributing to the excellence that characterises **Anfi del Mar**. Main duties: * Carrying out general bricklaying work: renovations, repairs and maintenance. * Civil engineering work, plastering, tiling, flooring and small structures. * Repairing damage in rooms, common areas and technical areas. * Collaborating with the maintenance team and other trades (plumbing, electrical, painting). * Compliance with safety and occupational risk prevention protocols. * Correct use of tools, materials and work equipment. **Requirements:** --------------- * Proven previous experience as a **bricklayer** (experience in hotels, resorts or tourist complexes is advantageous). * Knowledge of general bricklaying and facility maintenance. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Responsibility, commitment and quality orientation. * Training in occupational risk prevention (PRL) is advantageous. * Immediate availability. **What we offer you:** --------------------- * Full-time contract: **40 hours per week** * Working hours: **8 a.m. to 4 p.m.**, facilitating work-life balance. * Free parking. * Uniform provided. * Breakfast included. * Opportunity to join an international work environment with growth opportunities. **Join Grupo Anfi** If you are passionate about quality service and being part of an international team, this is your opportunity to grow with us and leave your mark on our guests' experience!
