Assistance with luggage and escorting guests to their rooms. Detailed explanation of hotel facilities and services. Anticipating guests’ needs throughout their stay. Ongoing support to the front desk during peak moments. Handling requests (transfers, restaurants, directions, local experiences). Overseeing order, aesthetics, and ambiance in common areas. Logistical coordination for arrivals and access points. **Requirements** Advanced English proficiency (C1\) is mandatory. Prior experience in 4- or 5-star hotels. Excellent appearance, etiquette, and interpersonal skills. Proactive, discreet, and detail-oriented attitude.
