Surrounded by pristine nature and offering privileged access to the island’s coastline, Son Ermitá and Binidufà deliver a gastronomic experience celebrating local produce, seasonality, and proximity-based cuisine. **Job Description:** As a Bellboy at Vestige Collection, you will be the first person our guests meet upon arrival and the last they see upon departure. Your role is essential in creating that first impression which sets the tone for the entire stay. More than just handling luggage, you will accompany guests upon arrival and remain available to support them throughout their stay—efficiently, discreetly, and with genuine warmth. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Greet guests upon arrival and provide immediate assistance * Transport guests’ luggage from the vehicle to their room carefully and efficiently, ensuring it arrives in perfect condition * Guide guests to their accommodation, explaining key features of the property during the walk * Fulfill various requests such as transporting items or providing basic information about facilities, etc. * Collect luggage from rooms, transport it to the lobby, load it into vehicles, and bid farewell to guests warmly and personally * Ensure the lobby, entrance, and transit areas remain tidy and presentable at all times * Report any incidents observed in rooms or common areas; assist with room deliveries (flowers, special amenities, etc.) * Bicycle management and maintenance **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for?** * Prior customer service, hospitality, or similar experience of at least 1 year * Experience as a bellboy, bellman, or in similar roles within 4\-5 star hotels is highly valued * Education in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is advantageous * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle * Ability to operate luggage carts and handle multiple suitcases safely * Familiarity with various vehicle types and techniques for loading/unloading luggage * Basic proficiency with mobile devices and tablets for internal communication * Intermediate\-advanced English (minimum B2 level) for fluent communication.
