A prominent architecture studio specializing in residential projects and real estate development is seeking to hire a BIM Coordinator for its offices in Valencia. We are looking for a technically and operationally oriented profile, with experience in BIM methodology and proficiency in REVIT, focused on project coordination and technical support within a dynamic and collaborative environment. The selected candidate will actively participate in the organization and supervision of projects in a BIM environment, closely collaborating with various technical teams and providing on-site and Faculty Direction support as needed. Your main responsibilities will be: \* Coordinate and review BIM models in REVIT. \* Organize and supervise projects in a 3D environment. \* Support the implementation and improvement of BIM methodologies within the studio. \* Technically coordinate teams and residential projects. \* Provide on-site support and accompany Faculty Direction. \* Collaborate closely with architects, technical architects, and developers. \* Identify issues and propose technical and organizational improvements. ### **Requirements** \* Degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, or Building Engineering. \* Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural projects. \* Experience working with BIM methodology and proficiency in REVIT. \* Experience in residential and/or real estate development projects. \* Experience or knowledge of construction site operations and technical assistance. \* Ability to coordinate and organize projects.
