If you have bar experience, strong customer service skills, and are looking for a committed team where you can contribute your talent this summer, we would love to meet you! **What we offer:** * **Stability and flexibility:** Fixed-term discontinuous contract with a guaranteed weekly schedule of at least 32 hours. * **Continuous shift:** A stable shift from 12:00 to 20:00 to help you plan both your work and personal schedule. * **Work environment:** You will carry out your duties in the hotel’s pool area, within a summery, professional, and pleasant atmosphere. * **Central location:** Excellent location in the center of Sitges, with very good public transport connections. **Your responsibilities:** * **Prepare and serve** drinks, soft drinks, cocktails, and snacks at the pool bar, meeting the hotel’s quality standards. * **Directly assist** national and international guests, providing fast, friendly, and professional service. * **Manage** billing and cash control at the pool point-of-sale. * **Maintain** order, cleanliness, and proper stock levels in the bar area and workplace. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Demonstrable prior experience of at least 1 year as a bartender or bar server (hotel experience highly valued). * **Languages:** Spanish and English fluency is essential to communicate effectively with our international guests. * **Profile:** Proactive individual, detail-oriented, and possessing excellent public interaction skills in high-visibility environments. Salary: €1,600.00–€1,620.00 per month Workplace: On-site position
