Bar Waiter/Waitress – Salto Barcelona **Salto** is a natural wine bar featuring vinyl music and Mediterranean cuisine in Sant Antoni, Barcelona. We are looking for a person to join our team with an **indefinite contract of 30 weekly hours**. We seek someone **dynamic, responsible, with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn**, who enjoys working face-to-face with customers in a carefully curated, welcoming bar environment. What will you do? * Customer service and assistance at the bar. * Bar setup and mise en place. * Preparation of wines, vermouths, spritzes, and cocktails. * Learning and serving from our menu. * Organization, cleaning, and maintenance of the bar area. * General support during service. Approximate schedule * **Friday:** 5 hours * **Saturday:** 5 hours * **Sunday:** 8 hours * **Monday:** 6 hours * **Tuesday:** 6 hours **2 rotating days off per week.** We seek * Prior experience in hospitality/bar. * **English mandatory.** * Experience preparing cocktails is valued. * Strong customer service skills. * Ability to work autonomously. * Enthusiasm for learning our menu and our way of working. * Availability to work **weekends and holidays**. * Additional languages are a plus.
