Customer service and loyalty: Delivering an excellent welcome at checkout lines, ensuring compliance with the company's service commitment, as well as understanding and communicating loyalty initiatives (Carrefour Club/Fidelity Club, promotions, events), and meeting sales targets. Cash handling and collections: Ensuring the collection process follows company criteria, performing cash drawer reconciliations accurately, and carrying out cash withdrawals according to established procedures. Workstation maintenance: Keeping the workstation clean, organized, and fully equipped with all necessary tools to guarantee efficient performance.
