If you are passionate about efficiency, quality, and teamwork, this is your opportunity! Your main responsibilities would include: * Planning shift activities based on dishes to be prepared and available staff, assigning each worker daily to the appropriate workstation. * Managing attendance records and handling absences, accidents, and incidents occurring during the shift. * Organizing dishes to be prepared on each conveyor belt. * Monitoring and supervising tasks performed by subordinate staff. * Inspecting and monitoring plating materials, reporting any issues accordingly. * Training and assisting new hires and junior staff, ensuring proper training and learning according to established procedures. * Ensuring shift production by supporting operational tasks when necessary. * Maintaining and performing digital and/or manual records of all area procedures (waste, production, food safety management system HACCP, etc.). **Requirements** * Academic background in Culinary Arts and Gastronomy is advantageous. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role; experience in assembly lines, food service sector, or related fields is advantageous. * Teamwork skills. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday on morning, afternoon, and/or night shifts. **Additional Information** We believe our employees are the driving force behind our success and strive to create a positive and supportive work environment.
