




Summary: We are looking for two versatile administrative assistants with strong customer relationship skills to strengthen our back-office operations in a cleaning and services company. To reinforce our back\-office, we are seeking two versatile administrative assistants with genuine client relationship sensitivity. **Your Role** As a true pillar of the back\-office, you will handle daily administrative management while actively contributing to monitoring our clients’ satisfaction. You serve as an essential link between field teams, management, and clients. **Your Schedule:** **Position 1:** * Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (including remote work from 6:00 AM to 8:30 AM), with a 1-hour break to be taken between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. * \+ Remote on-call duty every fourth weekend. **Position 2:** * Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour break to be taken between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM, plus remote work from 9:45 PM to 10:45 PM. * \+ Remote on-call duty every fourth weekend. **Your Responsibilities:** Administration * Daily administrative management * Monitoring employee files and contractual documents * Updating tracking spreadsheets (schedules, absences, timekeeping) * Administrative support to HR and operations departments Customer Follow-up * Administrative interface with clients * Tracking client requests and forwarding them to relevant teams * Handling feedback, comments, and intervention requests * Contributing to maintaining high-quality client relationships * Participating in monitoring client satisfaction **Your Profile** * **Native French language proficiency REQUIRED** * Training or experience in administrative assistance * Proficiency with office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Organized, meticulous, and autonomous * Excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation, and discretion * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Experience in the services or cleaning sector is a plus **Your Compensation** * **Monthly net salary: between €1,661.02 and €2,000**, depending on candidate profile and competencies. * A **salary review may be considered upon completion of the probationary period**, based on demonstrated competencies, autonomy, and quality of work delivered. **Why Join Us?** * A key position at the heart of the organization * A human-scale company * A collaborative working environment * Diverse and never monotonous responsibilities * A position offering potential transition to a permanent contract (CDI), with real opportunities for advancement based on your involvement and competencies.
