Design and operation of systems for managing inquiries **Positions Available** ---------------------- 2 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 2 Architects \- Review of European Aid Files (Córdoba) in Córdoba **Work Location** -------------------- * Córdoba **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Support in quality management of European Aid files. * Support in planning and programming of activities. * Support in managing administrative procedures required for implementing the various measures defined in different programs. * Support in designing and operating systems for receiving and managing inquiries related to activity implementation. * Support in defining a governance model to ensure coordination among different stakeholders involved in program implementation, as well as defining standardized procedures. * Support in preparing meetings with various stakeholders involved in implementation. * Support in monitoring planning and proposing monitoring indicators for various activities. * Support in monitoring and updating indicators associated with various activities. * Support in document management and information updating to meet internal reporting requirements: preparation of project progress reports, indicator analysis, risk management, etc. * Support in drafting documents required for processing and managing these procedures. * Use of necessary software applications to carry out assigned tasks. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements must be substantiated by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the process): * Official academic degree certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment record and/or employment contract verifying and certifying the required professional experience. * Academic practice annexes verifying and certifying the required academic experience, if applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a degree in Architecture, Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Foundations of Architecture, or a Master’s Degree in Architecture (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Prior Experience** * 6 months to 4 years of experience in administrative management of subsidies for improving energy efficiency in buildings. * 6 months to 4 years of experience working for public administration within the last 5 years. * 6 months to 4 years of experience drafting rehabilitation projects aimed at improving energy efficiency in buildings. * 6 months to 4 years of experience preparing Energy Efficiency Certificates within the last 5 years. * 6 months to 4 years of experience drafting building assessment reports. * 6 months to 4 years of experience using the REHABILITA software tool. * 6 months to 4 years of experience drafting rehabilitation projects. **Observations** ----------------- * + Temporary contract with an estimated duration of 6 months, linked to the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication for the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time work schedule.
