We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide global support to Johnson Controls' technical service teams in the assigned region. The selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out coordination activities to ensure that technical service work is completed within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with our customers' expectations. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Management of material sales orders * Creation and entry of work orders into the system * Review of work performed by the technical department * Preparation of estimates and invoicing * Stock control * Management of picking and packing * Handling of material warranties * Purchasing materials from suppliers or company warehouses * Supplier management, request for quotes, and order preparation * Management of related administrative documentation **What profile are we looking for?** Higher Vocational Training Degree in Administration or similar Minimum of 2 years of experience related to the described functions Experience with CMMS software or other administrative management systems (knowledge of Servicemax and Oracle is desirable) Experience in administrative management within technical service departments Experience in industrial installations, HVAC, IREF or similar sectors will be valued positively Advanced level of Microsoft Office A good level of English will be an advantage **What do we offer?** Johnson Controls offers an attractive compensation package based on your qualifications and experience.
