





We are seeking a person with solid **telephone support, administrative tasks, administrative management, incident resolution, file management, and administration skills** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our daily operations, ensuring efficiency and order in our administrative processes. **Requirements:** * **Intermediate level of English**, to communicate both orally and in writing. * Experience in **customer service**, preferably in e-commerce, transportation, or logistics sectors. * Incident resolution. * Ability to **organize and prioritize tasks**, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail. * Solid knowledge of **office software** (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). We offer: - Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. - Salary: €23,000–€25,000 gross per year. - Fixed-term contract + potential integration into the company. - Immediate start.
