We are seeking a versatile professional to join our hydrocarbons management team. We are not looking solely for someone to handle invoices, but rather for a person who understands the product’s entire lifecycle: from order receipt and logistics to regulatory compliance and customer commercial service. **Key Responsibilities** Sectoral Administrative Management: Inventory control and recording, order management with operators, and delivery logistics tracking. Regulatory Compliance: Support in managing Special Taxes (IIEE) and reporting on official platforms (e.g., SIANE or similar). Sales Management: Direct customer service (individuals, fleets, or agricultural clients), preparation of quotations based on daily pricing, and closing of telephone/in-person sales. Billing and Collections: Invoice issuance, delivery note control, and customer collections/credit risk management. **Candidate Profile** Essential experience: Minimum 2 years in administration at fuel stations, gas stations, or fuel distribution companies. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with hydrocarbons regulations and sector-specific taxation. Commercial Skills: Negotiation ability, agile and solution-oriented customer interaction. IT Profile: Proficient use of Excel and, preferably, experience with sector-specific management software. **What We Offer** A stable position in a strategic and essential sector.
