The selected candidate will assist with document management, customer service, and general support across various departments, ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Responsibilities * Management and archiving of physical and digital documents. * Answering phone calls, emails, and correspondence. * Entering and updating data in internal systems. * Supporting basic invoicing and administrative control tasks. * Coordinating schedules and assisting in meeting organization. * Customer service and general administrative support. * Supporting other departments as required by business needs. Requirements * Education in Administration, Administrative Management, or related field (Vocational Training or equivalent). * Minimum 1\-2 years of experience in administrative roles (preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Good communication skills. * Experience with management software or ERP systems is a plus. * Basic or intermediate English proficiency is a plus.
