




Job Summary: Provide administrative and organizational support for the daily operations of the office, managing documentation, communications, and coordinating tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer and supplier service (by phone, in person, and email) 2. Calendar, appointment, and deadline management 3. Preparation and dispatch of administrative documents The selected candidate will provide administrative and organizational support for the office’s daily operations, performing, among others, the following duties: \>Answering telephone calls, providing in-person assistance, and responding to emails from clients, suppliers, and collaborators. \>Managing calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings, and tracking deadlines. \>Receiving, organizing, archiving, and digitizing documentation. \>Preparing, reviewing, and sending letters, communications, quotations, invoices, and other administrative documents. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) at intermediate level is required. \>Assisting with case file management and updating internal databases. \>Monitoring and tracking incoming emails, notifications, and documentation. \>Basic billing, collections, and payment management, including coordination with external advisors or accounting departments, as applicable. \>Office supply organization and general office support tasks. \>Coordinating with the professional team to ensure smooth progress of ongoing cases and procedures. \>Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring appropriate handling of office information and documentation.
