General administrative support and use of computer tools We are seeking administrative staff for a position in Algeciras (Cádiz). Duties include telephone and in-person patient support, appointment scheduling and organization, document reception and filing, billing and collections support, email management, database and file updates, calendar management, general administrative support, handling of authorizations and medical documentation, use of computer software and Office suite, office supply inventory and ordering, and incident resolution. A temporary employment contract is offered with an estimated duration of 210 days, full-time. Working hours alternate weekly between 8:00–15:00 and 14:00–21:00. The monthly salary is 1\.457 euros.
