




Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Administrative Assistant for an automotive company, responsible for invoicing, account analysis, financial reporting, and reconciliations. Assistance in financial statement audits We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for an automotive company located in Alcobendas to perform the following duties: * Invoicing of New and Used Vehicles. * Invoicing of Cars and Services. * Analysis of Customer Accounts. * Preparation of \- Financial Reports. * Reconciliation of Customer Accounts. * Preparation, Sending, and Accounting of Collection Remittances to Customers. * Assistance in Financial Statement Audits. * Review of Accounting Procedures. * And other tasks inherent to the position. Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, split shift between 08:00 and 17:00, with breaks established by law. * Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position. * We seek a responsible individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. Spanish \- Advanced * Vocational Training (Medium Level).
