Responsibilities include attending to customers both in person and by phone, managing incidents and complaints, handling documentation, and performing other duties inherent to the position. This is a full-time position, with 40 weekly hours scheduled from Monday to Friday during the morning shift, from 09:00 to 15:00, respecting legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role. * Candidate must be customer-oriented. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Vocational Training Degree in Administrative Management
