Ensure correct receipt, filtering, and registration of company information and documentation, providing support for daily administrative management as well as introductory accounting control and user/customer assistance.
Communication Management (Front Office): Answering calls: Handling the switchboard, resolving basic inquiries, forwarding calls to the appropriate department, and taking message notes. Email management: Reviewing the company's general email accounts (info@, administracio@), responding to routine queries, and classifying important emails for responsible personnel. Documentation and data management (Back Office): Data entry: Inputting supplier invoices, expense receipts, delivery notes, and basic bank transactions into the system (ERP or Excel). Onboarding customers and suppliers: Creating records for new customers in the management software, ensuring fiscal, contact, and billing data are accurate. Digital and physical archiving: Maintaining orderly document storage (sent/received invoices, contracts) so any team member can locate them quickly. Basic Accounting Support: Issuing and sending simple invoices to customers. Assisting in preparing documentation for tax filings or for external accountants. Basic due-date monitoring (ensuring invoices are sent on time).
* Minimum 1 year of experience. Customer service (Front Office). Data entry. Customer/supplier management. Accounting and invoicing support. Organization and archiving.

* Competencies / knowledge: Understanding how a company operates internally: Knowing what a delivery note is, what an invoice is, what a tax ID (NIF) is, and where to place the taxable base and VAT. Proficiency with computers: Not needing to learn Excel from scratch. You must know how to navigate cells, filter data, and fill templates. Familiarity with ERP systems for administration and accounting management. Telephone etiquette: Prior experience answering phones and knowing how to greet callers, courteously collect customer information, and transfer calls without disconnecting.

* Gross monthly salary ranging from '850' to '950'
* Additional relevant information: Working hours are 4 hours per morning, flexible within the time slot from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
