Job Summary: We are seeking an ADER Agent / Controller to supervise and inform users of the blue zone in Salt, providing support and resolving daily incidents. Key Highlights: 1. No prior experience required * Temporary * Part-time * €936 * Salt, Spain, Girona, Salt, Spain * ADER SALT Grupo Mifas is looking for 1 ADER Agent / Regulated Parking Zone Controller. Your main responsibilities will be to **ensure the proper functioning of the blue zone in SALT**, **provide support and information to users, and resolve daily incidents**. **WHAT IS OFFERED? (EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS)** * **Salary:** **€936 gross per month** (paid in 12 installments). * **Contract type:** Temporary, covering a worker’s leave of absence. * **Working hours:** Part-time * **Schedule and shifts:** Monday to Saturday. Two days off per week (one fixed day on Sunday). Public holidays are non-working days. **SCHEDULE:** 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM (5 hours) **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Monitoring and control:** Supervise vehicles parked in regulated zones in Salt. * **Public assistance:** Inform, guide, and provide high-quality service to clients and users of the zone. * **Incident resolution:** Provide support and guidance regarding ticket cancellations and use of parking meters or mobile applications. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? (PROFILE REQUIREMENTS)** * **Disability Certificate of 33% or higher** (Mandatory requirement) * **Valid Class B driving license.** * **Physical fitness:** Ability to work outdoors on foot, walking long distances during working hours. * **Service orientation:** Strong communication skills, self-control, and ability to handle pressure or potential user complaints in a polite and assertive manner. * **Languages:** Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish (spoken and written). * **IT skills:** User-level office software proficiency and basic knowledge of ICT (daily use of PDA devices). * **Other:** Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work effectively in a team. No prior experience required.
