At Fundesplai, we are seeking an organized, analytical individual with an interest in the financial field to join our Finance team as a Treasury Technician. Support the Treasury Department in the daily management of the entity’s financial flows, ensuring efficient, rigorous, and timely administration of payments, collections, and banking transactions. Responsibilities: * Ensure proper management and accounting of treasury operations in accordance with current accounting regulations. * Execute and prepare payments and collections (bank transfers, SEPA direct debits, SEPA credit transfers, etc.) via electronic banking platforms, following internal authorization and signature workflows. * Monitor daily treasury: cash position, bank reconciliations, and resolution of incidents. * Support operational relations with banks: inquiries, transaction tracking, information updates, and incident handling. * Verify bank commissions, interest charges, and other banking expenses; detect discrepancies and report them to the Treasury Manager. * Maintain physical and digital archives of banking operations and documentation; support internal and external audits. * Contribute to improving treasury processes, protocols, and tools, including ERP systems and electronic banking. * Support preparation of treasury reports and cash flow forecasts. * Collaborate with the Finance and Accounting team during monthly closings and review of banking transactions. ### **Requirements** - Education in Administration and Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Prior experience in treasury management, bank reconciliations, or SEPA direct debits is valued. * Proficiency in Excel. * Strong organizational, planning, and detail-oriented skills. * Proactivity and ability to resolve incidents. * Communication and teamwork skills. * Professional experience or involvement with third-sector entities and nonprofit organizations is an asset. ### **Offer** Indefinite-term contract. Immediate incorporation. Full-time schedule of 37.5 weekly hours. Annual gross salary between €24,000 and €26,000, negotiable depending on experience and competencies brought to the role.
