This position offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic and challenging environment in the construction sector. \- Responsibilities * Collaborate with the site team in supervising and executing works, following instructions from the Foreman or Site Manager. * Support planning, organization, and daily task control, ensuring deadlines and required quality standards are met. * Learn and apply occupational health and safety procedures, as well as environmental regulations. * Actively participate in managing material and human resources on site. * Resolve minor technical issues and report incidents to site management. * Maintain up-to-date and orderly site documentation. * Foster a collaborative and respectful work environment. \- Qualifications * Vocational training in Building and Civil Engineering, or a related degree in Construction, or equivalent experience. * Prior experience—even minimal—in construction projects is valued. * Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. * Proactivity, commitment, and eagerness to learn and develop professionally. * Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety. * Valid driver’s license (Class B). * Willingness to work in various geographic locations depending on project requirements. **Seize the challenge.
