Position Summary: We are seeking a tractor operator to perform various agricultural tasks, including land preparation, sowing, treatments, and harvesting, as well as machinery maintenance. A person is required to perform tractor operator duties across various agricultural tasks. The position involves expert handling of agricultural machinery and its associated implements for land preparation, sowing, application of treatments, and subsequent crop harvesting. Additionally, the employee will be responsible for preventive maintenance and ensuring the proper condition of the machinery used. Collaboration in other agricultural activities arising from seasonal requirements will also be required, always working as part of a team to optimize production and ensure quality. Work will primarily take place on farms located in the Murcia region. Occasional travel to farms in the provinces of Albacete and Alicante may be required, depending on campaign demands.
