Currently, we are looking for a **Tech Lead / Senior Developer** to join a strategic project with one of the leading players in the energy sector, EDP, where technology will be key to optimizing critical business processes. **What will your day-to-day look like?** ==================================== * Design and development of complex technical solutions on GCP, Angular, and Java, aligned with business needs * Technical leadership of the development team, ensuring best practices, code quality, and architectural standards * Management and prioritization of the Technical Debt Backlog, identifying necessary improvements and refactorings * Creation and maintenance of technical documentation for applications * Definition and processing of infrastructure change requests * Active participation in Agile ceremonies (planning, daily, review, retro) using JIRA and Confluence * Close collaboration with global teams and client stakeholders (EDP) to ensure correct solution implementation * Critical analysis of technical issues and proposal of efficient, scalable solutions * Ensuring delivery quality, meeting agreed timelines and defined standards * Application of relevant regulatory knowledge (GDPR) and domain-specific understanding of the Energy & Utilities sector in solution design. **What we are looking for** ========================== * Experience with the defined technology stack (GCP, Angular, Java) * Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field * Experience in strategic projects and capability to design complex solutions * Hands-on practical experience with the project technologies * Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities market and GDPR * Agile methodology; proficiency with JIRA and Confluence (preferred) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work collaboratively in global team environments * Problem-solving orientation and commitment to quality
