Supply Chain Analyst We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst for our plant in La Llagosta, Barcelona. In this role, you will support the S\&OP process and manage demand and supply planning to ensure optimal inventory levels. You will work on continuous process improvement, identifying inefficiencies and coordinating solutions across departments. You will be responsible for optimizing our supply chain. Your contribution will be essential to improving end\-to\-end operational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** **1\. Demand and Supply Planning:** * Support the S\&OP (Sales \& Operations Planning) process * Shortage components. (Adjust supply plans according to demand) * Adjust safety stock levels for components and raw materials to ensure inventory for repetitive and standard products * Maintain master data for materials management (MM), create costs * Create production orders. **2\. Process Improvement:** * Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain. Unidentified long lead times for raw materials * Coordinate with Procurement on supplier contacts * Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, etc. * Standardize processes and best practices * Proficiency in Excel **3\. Data Analysis and Reporting:** * Verify dashboards and reports (Power BI, Excel, etc.) * Identify trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities * Monitor KPIs with your supervisor * Service level (OTP\-LT) and identify deviations to take action jointly with the leadership committee. (Supply Chain Supervisor/Manufacturing Manager) 4\. Strategic Decision Support (Collaboration with other departments): * Communicate with CSR’s, CSD’s, Engineering, Commercial, Sales Managers, and Directors. * Help improve end\-to\-end efficiency **Requirements:** Vocational training (Level 2) or Higher Vocational Training Cycle or University Degree. Minimum 4 years of experience without specific formal education.
