The purpose of this position is to lead, coordinate and supervise assigned retail stores, ensuring sales targets, service quality, and staff development are achieved. Main responsibilities include: \- Supervise the daily operations of stores, ensuring compliance with company procedures and policies. \- Manage achievement of sales targets. \- Implement commercial strategies. \- Handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts. \- Lead, motivate and train store teams. \- Participate in recruitment and training processes. \- Monitor proper execution of visual merchandising. Job requirements: \- Education: Intermediate Vocational Training (CFGM) in Commercial Activities; Advanced Vocational Training (CFGS) in Sales Management and Commercial Spaces. University studies in Business Administration are valued. \- Minimum of three to five years of experience in similar roles within the retail sector. \- Technical skills: Team management, sales, customer service, merchandising, computer tools (Excel, point-of-sale software). \- Personal skills: Leadership, results orientation, organization, effective communication, decision-making, and analytical ability. \- Flexible availability \- Immediate availability \- Valid driver's license Position type: Full-time Application questions: * Place of residence?
