The person will be responsible for implementing socio-sports sessions with children and adolescents, and conducting activities and training at public sports centers. Additionally, they will foster community and sports participation in a neighborhood in southern Madrid, promoting safe, inclusive, and convivial spaces for children, youth, and their families. **Main responsibilities:** * Design, implement, and evaluate socio-sports sessions for children, adolescents, and youth applying the Fútbol Más methodology. * Plan and facilitate training and coaching sessions on sports activities at municipal centers, to strengthen implementation of the socio-sports methodology. * Lead the community activation strategy for a neighborhood in Madrid, strengthening participation by residents, families, sports organizations, and community resources. * Coordinate with educational institutions, sports clubs, public administrations, and social organizations. * Participate in organizing meetings, sporting events, and community activities. * Conduct technical project monitoring and prepare required reports and records. * Attend coordination meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement activities related to the Fútbol Más methodology. * Perform other duties related to Fútbol Más España projects. **Profile:** **Required:** * University degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences (CAFYD), Primary Education Teaching degree with specialization in Physical Education, TSEAS (formerly TAFAD), or equivalent qualifications. * Experience facilitating sports activities with children and adolescents. * Certificate of no criminal record for sexual offenses. * Proficiency in using computer tools (Microsoft 365 and other management applications). **Desirable:** * Leisure and Free Time Instructor qualification. * Training or experience in community intervention, citizen participation, or community development. * Training or experience in sport for development, child protection, interculturality, inclusion, or values-based education. * Experience working with sports clubs, educational centers, or social organizations. * English language proficiency at B2 level or higher. * Additional sports qualifications (e.g., certified coach, specialized sports training, etc.). * Professional references. **Candidate profile:** At Fútbol Más, a child-centered perspective is essential.
