




We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sommelier to join our culinary team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the hotel's wine cellar, creating and updating the wine list, and providing personalized recommendations to our customers in collaboration with the dining room and kitchen teams. OBJECTIVES The main objective of the Sommelier is to elevate the guest's gastronomic experience through careful selection, presentation, and pairing of wines, conveying the essence of Mallorcan terroir and the hotel's culinary philosophy.
